Sales Manager / Sr. Manager – North India Region

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in the North India region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the water treatment and effluent treatment industry, and a proven track record in developing new businesses and managing key accounts. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in North India.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the North India region to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across various industries, including power plants, refineries, oil & gas, food & beverage, and public health.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Drive sales efforts to expand the customer base, increase market share, and maximize opportunities for Pristine Water’s products and services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to customers, offering tailored solutions for their water treatment needs.

Sales Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to stay on track with objectives.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the engineering, and technical departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise

  • Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and industry standards in water treatment and electrochemical systems.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
