Compact Chlorinator

Compact Chlorinator is a Batch type Electrochlorinator produces 60 grams of chlorine in 8 hours. Add salt and water in the reaction tank on the top and switch on the power supply. The system automatically stops after producing required chlorine. Transfer the Sodium Hypochlorite to the storage tank provided in the bottom. Dosing pump is provided which can be switched on to dose the chlorine. The dosing pump stops automatically, once the storage tank is empty.

Batch Chlorinator

Batch type Electrochlorinator produces required chlorine in the form of Sodium Hypochlorite in 8 hours. Add salt and water and switch on the power supply. The system automatically stops after producing required chlorine. Supplied with Reaction Tank fitted with the Titanium Electrolyzer and Power Supply Unit with Auto Timer Controls.

Storage Tank and Dosing Pump are optional

Solar Chlorinator

Sunchlor Disinfectant Generators are batch process systems. They are very user friendly to operate and easy to maintain. It utilizes state-of-the-art solar technology for battery charging. It comes complete with a Solar module with mounting stand, Power controller, Timer, Battery and a reaction tank fitted with Titanium Electrolyzer for production of Disinfectant.

The power to operate the Electrochlorinator is provided by the Solar Photovoltaic Panel with a battery backup.

	Continuous Production Electrochlorinators are designed for high capacity production from brine solution. The system contains all the equipment required for continuous production of 0.6 to 0.8% Sodium Hypochlorite. Can be offered as pre assembled Skid mounted system.

Seawater Electrochlorinator
	Seawater Electrochlorinator, is suitable for high capacity Sodium hypochlorite production from Seawater. These systems are automatic and continuous production models with Self Cleaning Filters, PLC control panels and Rectifiers. These systems are designed for rigorous sea water application.
