Swimming Pool Chlorinators

Our Chlorinator works on the principal of Electrolysis of Salt Water. The Chlorinator converts the salt in the pool to produce chlorine, which gets mixed with the pool water and keeps it clean.
3 grams of salt per liter of water has to be added to the pool water. Say, for a 45,000 liters pool 135 kgs of salt has to be added. This will not make the water very saline, but only half as saline as our teardrop. Salt is needed to be added only once in the season, later only very less quantity of salt is required to maintain 3000ppm in the water.

Model PSC – Self Cleaning Swimming Pool Salt Water Chlorinator

Model
Pool Capacity Flow rate CI output AC Volts 50/60 Hz
PSC 15 45,000 L 450 Lpm 15Gph 220 V /110 V
PSC 20 60,000 L 450 Lpm 20Gph 220 V /110 V
PSC 25 90,000 L 450 Lpm 25Gph 220 V /110 V
PSC 35 1 45,000 L 450 Lpm 35Gph 220 V /110 V

Material Specification Self Clean Model (PSC)
Note: In the Self Clean model the cell cleans it self. Self cleaning is done by “Electrolysis by reversing of Polarity”. This is achieved by the special design of the Control Module. More over, Anode and Cathode interchange periodically hence Oxide coating is done on both Electrodes.

Electrode Titanium
Platinum group of metal oxides

Coating on Electrode like, Ruthenium, Iridium MMO Coated DSA, as per ASTM B
265 & 348 Gr. 1 &2
Power Input : 230 V AC 50 Hz/60 Hz or 110 VAC
Provided with :

Control Module a.  Salt Meter
b. Reverse polarity circuit
c. Power On switch with indication
d. Flow sensor, shall switch off when water flow stops.

Housing Clear PVC

Inlet /Out let size 40 NB – 1½ “

 Additional Features:
  1. Salt Meter- this device indicates the salt content is a simple easy to read scale. When the pool salt content increases or decreases due to various factors like rain, sunshine, temperature etc. the Salt Meter lets you know when to add salt or when to add more fresh water.
  2. Self Cleaning Electrolyzer- During the process of chlorine production the calcium and magnesium salts will deposit on certain parts of the electrode. After one hour of operation the current flow shall change automatically by which removing the salt deposit on the electrode. The reversing of the current flow will keep the electrode clean and free from deposits
  3. Auto start-stop- The Electrolyzer Chamber should be full with water during the process of chlorine production. To ensure this an automatic flow/level switch is provided in the Electrolyzer chamber. This will sense the water level and will start the system only when the filtration unit starts. But due to some reason if the Filtration system stops then the Chlorination system shall automatically switch off.
